The Phantom is licensed by the US Coast Guard for a maximum of six passengers and a crew of two. Sorry but this is Coast Guard regulation and there can be no exceptions. Of course if you have a smaller group that's great, six is only the maximum. A child, also is counted as a passenger regardless of age.
As a convenience to our customers,we will also make up split parties, wherein we will put together groups of four. For example: two couples or two singles and a couple etc. Phone or E-mail us for details on this.
