Popular Fish
- Grouper season starts April 1st, and runs through January, with Feb., and March being catch and release only.
- Kingfish usually arrive in late Feb. or early March, and are available until sometime in Dec., depending on water temperature and bait fish
- Red Snapper season opens on June 1st, and runs until late August
- Tarpon start to show up around early to mid April, with fishing being good by mid May, and runs into Nov. most years.
- Amber Jack fishing is good most of the year, but often requires a longer trip of 8 hours or more.
- Offshore trolling - Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, Tuna, Marlin, and Swordfish are all available in May - Nov. on longer trips. * got questions? Call Capt. Butch 727-709-3840*
